A former fashion model, model agent, make-up artist, props stylist and current long-term photographer, Janet offers her expertise, advice and sympathetic sessions to produce beautiful images at a non rip-off rate!

While not wishing to denigrate fellow photographers, she believes that the photographic /modelling world can be open to less than scrupulous practice and she endeavours to save her clients from any such experiences and ridiculous overcharging of fees.

For all services (see photography page), a pre-session consultation, (actually,an informal chat) is offered at no extra cost and allows both parties to gather information so that the shoot will be as relaxed as possible and a thoroughly enjoyable experience all round.

If you are like most people, the thought of being photographed brings about a look of terror and usually prompts the phrase “...but I hate having my photograph taken.” We can assure you that, without exception, everyone has been lifted by the confidence that each session has given them and even more so when viewing the pictures afterwards. Having been on the other side of the lens “for 150 years”, Janet passes on tips and techniques learned in that career which are guaranteed to help you and/or your family/friends feel at ease (not forgetting pets too!).

As everybody has different requirements, listed below are the just the basic ‘packages’ which of course, can be individually tailored to you. This hopefully gives you an idea of the region of our prices. Janet is very much opposed to the practice of luring customers by advertising very low cost ‘starter’ offers with much higher prices charged
afterwards for consequent prints and products, all amounting to a very large bill! There are NO hidden extras in our rates.
