 Light, Spacious Therapy Rooms For Rent

The Rooms
We have 3 therapy rooms available for rent. Each are of different sizes and furnished differently depending on the therapy usage in that room. A massage couch is available if required. Each room has lots of light but blinds protecting privacy. Quiet rooms in the centre of Bromley.

The Clinic
The clinic is near the centre of Bromley and parking is available for therapists. We are a friendly group of therapists, with a wide range of disciplines but all with the aim of helping our clients and keeping integrity within complementary therapy.

Rent and Contract
 Initially you would be on a simple contract, for the protection of the clinic and yourself, where you would pay £10 an hour. This is only payable if you client arrives. After 3 months, when your clientèle has increased, you would be on a contract for a sessional basis. These run as follows:
9am - 1pm £32
1.30pm- 4.30pm £24
5pm - 9pm £32.
This is payable on a standing order basis, regardless of whether your client arrives or not.

Promotion
Your rent includes inclusion on our website, some marketing on googleads, space for your leaflets in clinic and the option to join in joint marketing, such as leaflet drops, joint leaflets and others. Ultimately, the marketing of your business is up to you but we are all willing to advise and help where possible. We also have a policy of inter-referral between therapists, where appropriate for our clients.

What we need from you
We would need you to sign our contract, copies of your current Public Liability Insurance and copies of your qualifications. We would also need web content for your website entry, including a photograph.
