PAUL ATKINS

I trained at the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage under Mel Cash and was awarded a BTEC, LSSM Dip.

I am also a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. My interest in sport has changed over the years with high points including NABC 110 metes hurdle champion and South Midlands weightlifting champion.

However, my real passion has been gymnastics, last performing as a veteran in the International Gymnastrada in Berlin. A reluctant acknowledgement that I had past 45 together with numerous untreated and poorly recovered injuries has led to a graceful retirement from competitive sport but a keen interest in providing a service I wish I had used during my sporting career.
 
I still get a huge buzz from competitive event work and most recently have been a member of the LSSM massage team supporting the London Marathon and Fleet Half Marathon. With the number of triathlons at national and world class level booked for this summer it will be another busy season!!
